We took over from PT Cipta Tatajasa Santosa which was established by Certificate Number: 412 on January 24, 1990 by Benny Kristianto S.H., Notary Public in Jakarta as per Decree Number: C2-734. HT.01.01.TH 1990 of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia, and State Gazette Supplement of the Republic of Indonesia dated 29/6-2007, No. 52 dated February 14, 1990, juncto Certificate Number: 1 dated October 2, 2000 by Mrs. Sermida Silaban, S.H., Notary Public in Bekasi, further amended again by Certificate Number: 01 dated September 15, 2004 by Eko Hari Poernomo, S.H., Notary Public in Bogor and with the approval of the Department of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, Directorate General of Public Law Administration as per Decree Number: C-9717. HT.01.04. TH 2001 of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia, signed by the Director, Perdata R. Wurjanto, SH, NIP. 040013294 in Jakarta on October 3, 2001 and the State Gazette Supplement of the Republic of Indonesia Dated 29/6-2007 No. 52 dated October 3, 2001, as further amended again by Certificate Number: 01 dated January 14, 2008 by Eko Hari Poernomo, S.H., Notary Public in Bogor, and Certificate Number: 02 dated January 16, 2008 by Eko Hari Poernomo, S.H., Notary Public in Bogor, and with the approval of the Department of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-65313.AH.01.02. year 2008 about Agreement of Acts of Changes in Company Statutes dated 18 September 2008. Our company obtained its business license from the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia as per Decree Number Kep.254/KM.13/1990 dated April 30, 1990 as well as Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP) status as per the Ratification of Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP) Number: S-03/WPJ.04/KP.0703/1997 dated December 4, 1997, further amended as per Number: S-7690/WPJ.04/KP.0703/2001 dated April 28, 2001. |
